We are conducting a workers’ enquiry (worker-led research about working conditions), which aims to build our understanding of the challenges faced by workers in land-related trades. We are gathering data about working conditions, workplace culture, discrimination, oppression, pay, hours, and power. Ultimately this research will help to inform what kind of union we become, and how we can organise collectively to improve and transform working conditions across our sector and beyond.
